Daniel specialises in catastrophic injury and high quantum cases as part of a sub-team of personal injury lawyers who only undertake cases of exceptional complexity and quantum, regularly involving claims for damages of many millions of pounds. Daniel’s cases include fatal accident claims, multiple orthopaedic injuries, brain and spinal cord injuries. He also regularly acts in relation to serious and complex medical negligence claims including birth injuries, incorrect or delayed diagnosis, surgical errors and defective medical products.
Daniel regularly works with leading national experts, and has experience of assembling and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams of professionals during the preparation and progression of claims.
