Victoria joined Novum Law in 2014 having previously worked in the NHS as an auxiliary nurse. She initially joined as a Legal Secretary in our Swindon team, but has since qualified as a Paralegal specialising in personal injury compensation claims.
Victoria enjoys the extra responsibility of being a Paralegal and the opportunity to develop her knowledge and expertise in personal injury while getting to know our clients and understanding the daily challenges they face.
She is a key member of our team in Swindon and provides valuable support to our solicitors in a wide range of cases from road traffic accidents to work accidents. Her efficiency and strong organisational skills means she works effectively to ensure cases progress as efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, Victoria has been a volunteer of St John’s Ambulance for over 20 years and enjoys her current role as the unit manager and emergency ambulance crew member. This involves spending most of her weekends at local events providing medical help and support whenever it is needed. She also enjoys visiting craft fairs and is a big Formula 1 fan.
