Tom is a specialist serious personal injury and medical negligence solicitor based in our Salisbury office.
He has over 20 years of experience helping catastrophically injured people with complex, high-value personal injury and medical negligence claims.
Tom qualified as a solicitor in 2007 from the College of Law in Guildford. He has been based in the Salisbury and Southampton areas throughout his legal career and has represented and supported clients across England and Wales.
He brings to Novum Law particular expertise in spinal injuries, severe brain injuries and fatal accidents. Tom has extensive experience representing bereaved families at inquests into their loved ones’ deaths, regularly advising clients on the procedures involved when a case is referred to the coroner. He is an expert in coronial law.

Activities and Achievements
Tom is Chairman and Trustee of the brain injury charity Headway Salisbury and South Wiltshire. He is regularly involved in fundraising activities for Headway UK.
As an expert in spinal injury, Tom has strong links with the Spinal Injury Association (SIA) and has used his in-depth knowledge to good use by assisting and advising a specialist cauda equina support group that operates throughout the UK.
Tom is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and The Law Society and a recommended lawyer in Legal 500.
When he is not working, Tom enjoys a range of sports, particularly football and cricket. He is a season ticket holder at Southampton Football Club. He also enjoys reading history books and travelling.
