She is a mentor at Set Squared, the innovation hub based in Bristol and for the “Women Mean Business” programme sponsored by NatWest. She is a member of the Citizen’s Forum for the Bank of England.
An expert executive coach and business mentor, Sally has a strong track record helping businesses and senior executives realise their potential and strengthen their resilience while facing political, economic, environmental, social, and technological change. She also donates a proportion of her time every month to coaching those who can’t afford to access coaching, whether young people or community-based businesses.
As chief executive, Sally heads up Novum Law overseeing all aspects of the business, including corporate governance and commercial resilience, as well as guiding its overall strategic direction. She has a hands-on approach, working closely and collaboratively with directors, lawyers, and the management team to achieve their shared objective: to make a positive difference in the lives of those who turn to us for help.
She says:
“The people who need us are going through the darkest times of their lives. Heart-breaking stories of lives changed and great loss. It’s impossible to hear these stories and remain untouched by them. I’m not on the front line, so my job is simply to support anyone who is. I’m there to help them as they pull out all the stops for our clients. It’s my job to plan ahead, to solve the problems before they happen and to make sure we are all headed in the right direction.”
