Rebecca has over 8 years experience working as a personal injury solicitor specialising in asbestos-related and other occupational disease compensation claims and 12 years in total working in the industrial disease sector. She has particular expertise helping injured people and their families through the litigation process and prides herself on her empathetic and professional approach.
Rebecca has many years of experience helping people with occupational asthma claims and can help to secure maximum occupational asthma compensation.
Rebecca is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel supported and fully informed throughout their compensation claim and aims to make the process as straightforward for them as possible.
“The whole process of my claim, from start to finish, was very lengthy but very thorough. It was overseen by one person, Rebecca Ryan. This made it so much easier and smoother than having to speak to someone different each time. It helped that I had also met her when she came out to discuss the claim and collect information. Rebecca kept me informed, constantly, at each step of the way so I was never in any doubt of where we were with the claim. She advised me without pressure and explained possible outcomes depending on the choices I made. Covid didn’t make any difference and throughout the lockdowns Rebecca still made contact even if it was just to inform me that procedures were delayed at different times. Rebecca’s manner was always professional and polite. I am extremely happy with the service Novum Law provided and would like to say a heartfelt thank you for your help and hard work.” – Novum Law’s Client
She has assisted with drop-in clinics and legal support groups for those diagnosed with asbestos-related diseases and their family and friends.
Rebecca has recently gained more experience in cases of women with asbestos-related disease. Although the disease has predominantly affected men more than woman due to the nature of work that puts you at risk of asbestos exposure there has recently been an increase in women getting diagnosed. She has handled claims from women working in office buildings, schools and factories.
