Rebecca specialises in serious personal injury and medical negligence claims and is based in our Bristol office.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2016, and in that time, has worked on numerous complex personal injury and medical negligence cases, involving significant damages. She has a particular interest in helping clients with severe brain injuries.
Rebecca has recently re-joined Novum Law after turning her hand to defendant medical negligence work at the largest panel NHS resolution firm in Bristol. She has gained invaluable experience of dealing with both sides of a claim.
Rebecca is a knowledgeable, compassionate, and approachable solicitor who is committed to making a real difference to her clients’ lives. Her focus is to make the compensation process as straightforward and as ‘pain-free’ as possible for her clients. Compensation claims can be challenging but Rebecca always strives to give good, common sense legal advice in plain English, without any legal jargon.
Activities and Achievements
Rebecca frequently participates in fundraising activities and events for the brain injury charity, Headway. To raise money for Headway, she cycled the distance from London to Lyon (nearly 600 miles) with her Novum Law colleagues. More recently, Rebecca has taken part in volunteering for ClickSilver which entailed assisting an elderly lady with getting to grips with technology, to enable her to stay connected to loved ones during the Covid-19 pandemic. Rebecca has also helped feed school children eligible for free school meals, during the summer holidays.
Rebecca is a member of the Junior Lawyers Division. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys attending spin classes, getting lost in a good book and spending time with her family.
