Rebecca is a personal injury solicitor in our Plymouth office.
Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2007 from the University of Exeter. She has 15 years experience of working in personal injury law, starting as a paralegal before qualifying as a solicitor and then being promoted to Associate in recognition of her hard work and faultless record.
She offers her expertise to clients and their families as they navigate their way through making a personal injury claim.
She has undertaken a range of cases and has experience in road traffic accidents, employers’ and public liability, and line of duty accidents such as noise-induced hearing loss, PTSD and injuries occurring whilst on operational duty.
Rebecca has always lived in Plymouth and is well known by her clients for her kind and empathetic nature.
Activities & Achievements
Rebecca was the first solicitor to use the NHS Resolution Mediation Scheme to negotiate large settlements for her clients.
She is passionate about supporting the armed forces and spent time previously setting up and coordinating a free monthly legal clinic at 42 Commando Bickleigh Barracks in Plymouth.
Alongside this, she helped run the Medlaw Scheme, a work experience scheme for undergraduate students, where she was a member of the Armed Forces Team. This involved volunteering at Armed Forces and Veteran events and providing advice at the legal clinic for serving personnel and veterans.
Rebecca was nominated for the Plymouth Law Society’s ‘Young Lawyer of the Year Award’ in September 2016.
