Peter has a wealth of experience helping individuals affected by asbestos-related illnesses. He works closely with the asbestos support and awareness group HASAG to help and support all those affected by exposure to asbestos throughout the South of England.
Spanning over two decades, Peter is an experienced personal injury solicitor who has specialised in asbestos-related claims for the last 14 years.
Based in Southampton, much of his experience to date has been gained acting for hundreds of dock workers exposed to asbestos as they unload cargoes and carry out essential maintenance on ships. Peter also regularly helps people who have been exposed to asbestos through their day-to-day jobs and has dealt with many compensation claims from a range of occupations including: plumbers, electricians, carpenters and engineers working either for companies or self-employed. In addition, he has helped many family members who have developed asbestos-related diseases from loved ones’ work clothes.
Peter’s focus is to help and support clients with asbestos-related diseases and to address their concerns. He is only too aware that the role of a specialist asbestos solicitor goes way beyond that of a legal advisor. It is about providing much-needed reassurance, clear and concise advice, addressing specific concerns and explaining complex legal matters in a simple, easy to understand way at what can be a very distressing time.
Peter and his colleagues are committed to giving clients whatever time and support they need to ensure the compensation process is as clear and straightforward as possible.
