Lisa enjoyed a varied career before she joined Novum Law in 2014. She had a successful career in retail management before returning to her roots on the Isle of Wight and becoming a negotiator for a leading firm of independent estate agents. She also has healthcare experience having worked as a hospital phlebotomist for a few years before she went on maternity leave.
Initially, Lisa joined Novum Law to provide administrative support but quickly progressed to a secretarial role and then completed her training to become a qualified personal injury Paralegal.
She loves the challenge of working in a busy law practice where she has the opportunity to use her strong organisational and communication skills combined with her keen interest in the field of personal injury and medical negligence.
Activities and achievements
When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys family life with her young daughter and their dog Merlin, a pug. She is a keen supporter of the Wight Brainy Bunch, a local charity dedicated to supporting families affected by brain tumours, and has even abseiled down the 170-metre Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth to raise funds for the charity.
