Jemma is based in our Isle of Wight office and assists Darren O’Sullivan, specialising in serious personal injury and medical negligence.

Approach

Jemma qualified in October 2015 as a personal injury solicitor and having joined Novum Law in March 2015, continues to go from strength to strength.  She is currently assisting on many complex cases, working to secure substantial awards of damages for our clients.

Working exclusively with claimants, Jemma is compassionate, approachable and committed to providing clients a high level of service throughout their matter.

Jemma works hard to ensure that each stage of the litigation process is carefully explained, making sure that clients feel at ease and confident that their case is being dealt with efficiently and effectively. Jemma works with some of the country’s leading medico-legal experts in the course of dealing with complex and substantial claims. She develops excellent relationships with clients and their families and is strongly committed to ensuring early rehabilitation for Claimants, together with obtaining the best outcome in the litigation.
