Callum is a highly experienced personal injury and clinical negligence expert, having qualified as a solicitor in 2000. Since 2008, he has specialised solely in complex, high value clinical negligence claims.
His experience to date covers all key medical disciplines, including orthopaedics; neurosurgery (spinal and brain); radiology (including neuroradiology); A&E; paramedic; GP; urology; colorectal surgery; cardiology; vascular surgery and obstetrics.
A key focus for Callum has been claims for misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, delayed treatment and incorrect treatment. He has a wide breadth of expertise in cancer, stroke, strangulated hernia, retina detachment, splenic injury and spinal surgery error claim types.
During his career, Callum has worked with a number of leading law firms throughout the South of England dealing with an extensive variety of compensation claims – often involving the utmost severity and complexity.
Based primarily at our Isle of Wight office, he is 100% committed to helping clients and their families navigate their way through the compensation process.
