Amy joined Novum Law in 2019 following a stint of living in Australia. She is currently studying Law at The Open University covering a wide variety of legal areas.
She has joined the team in Salisbury and will be supporting them with her efficient work style and ability to work to tight deadlines. Through her studies Amy has become well versed in conducting systematic legal research and applying it to shape practical solutions to legal problems. She is brilliant at engaging with clients and has a strong background in delivering excellent customer service, having previously been the manager of a beauty salon.
Amy undertakes legal work and provides support to the personal injury and clinical negligence team and assists them in the day to day running of cases. Medical negligence claimants can often find the road to compensation complex and confusing, and being able to listen and acquire an insight into what has happened to them is her key focus. She takes great satisfaction in knowing that the work she undertakes in the claim could make a considerable change to someone’s life and ultimately give them a better quality of life.
Amy is a keen traveller in her free time and previously lived in Australia for 4 years.
