Novum Law, the specialist personal injury law firm headquartered in Swindon has strengthened its expert team with the promotion of solicitor Louise Gardner to associate solicitor, following her successful track record in helping clients with very serious, life-changing injuries.
Louise joined Novum Law in 2012 as a trainee solicitor, and in that time, has represented many people who’ve suffered severe injuries and in particular, those with traumatic brain injuries following serious road traffic and workplace accidents. The cases she works on are often very complex and involve significant compensation awards.
A Cardiff University law graduate, Louise completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England before working as a paralegal in Cardiff for a few years to gain vital legal sector experience before qualifying as a solicitor.
During her time at Novum Law, she has secured substantial compensation payments for clients and excelled at investigating cases where liability for accidents has been strongly denied by defendants. She frequently secures early, interim payments for clients during the litigation process so that they can access specialist treatments and care and support packages.
Louise said: “Since starting at Novum Law, I’ve relished the opportunity to represent clients from all walks of life with complex, challenging cases that require expert insight into personal injury case law as well as the ability to provide a warm, compassionate approach that helps put clients at ease.
“I’m thrilled my achievements to date have been recognised and I am proud to work for the highest ranked personal injury law firm in Swindon and the surrounding area. Demand for our specialist services continues to grow and I’m looking forward to continuing to help those who’ve been injured through no fault of their own so they get the compensation they need and deserve to get on with their daily lives.”
Huw Ponting, director of Novum Law, said: “Huge congratulations to Louise on her well-deserved promotion. She is a talented and committed member of our team and has proved herself time and again to be an extremely valuable asset to the firm.”
