Lawyers from our Salisbury office are set to have their general knowledge tested tomorrow (Friday 9th March 2018) at a fundraising Corporate Gala Quiz organised by Salisbury Rotary Club at the Arts Centre.
The popular annual event which is taking place in association with Salisbury BID, the Federation of Small Businesses and Salisbury Chamber, aims to raise money for local charities including Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Riding for the Disabled in Wilton.
Hosted by Spire FM’s Chris Wright, the quiz is a must-attend event in the Salisbury social calendar for businesses and organisations throughout the area to come together, have an enjoyable evening and raise money for great causes.
An auction will also take place on the night to raise additional funds, with some amazing items to bid for including: the use of a brand new Mercedes E Class Cabriolet for an entire weekend; a one week stay in a luxurious villa in Turkey; a polo shirt signed by Formula 1’s Niko Hulkenberg and a 30 minute hands-on flying experience.
There will also be a charity raffle, with a whole host of prizes to be won including: £50 Chas Baker vouchers; £50 Wilton Shopping Village vouchers; a team pass for Salisbury Escape Rooms; two tickets to the Chalke Valley History Festival, to name just a few.
Neil Elliott, Director of Novum Law and head of the Salisbury team, said: “The Corporate Charity Quiz is always a great night and raises a huge amount for very well-deserving local charities, including Wiltshire Air Ambulance, which plays an absolutely vital role providing urgent medical care throughout the county. Last year, the event raised a grand total of £6,000 for good causes – here’s to it raising even more this year!”
The Corporate Gala Quiz takes place tomorrow, Friday 9th March 2018, from 7.00pm at the Salisbury Arts Centre. Tickets are £20 per person, including dinner. To book a place visit: https://salisburyrotary.org.uk/event/corporate-charity-quiz/.
