Novum Law, the specialist personal injury law firm based in Salisbury, has just received a significant boost with the news that Daniel Green, Associate Legal Director of Novum Law and an expert in medical negligence as well as serious personal injury, will be moving to the team next month.
Daniel, who is currently based in Novum Law’s Swindon office and qualified as a solicitor in 2004, has been with the firm for nearly five years and has considerable experience representing clients with personal injury compensation claims either due to serious accidents or through medical negligence.
He is currently working on several complex, high value medical negligence cases including delays in diagnosis; surgical errors; mistakes made during the emergency treatment of patients and misdiagnosis of cancer.
A graduate of the University of Wales in Cardiff, Daniel is the latest team member to join the thriving Salisbury specialist personal injury practice which launched less than three years’ ago in 2014. His move to Salisbury comes hot on the heels of the appointment of Hannah Carr, former Head of Personal Injury and Medical Negligence at a Chippenham-based law firm.
Daniel, who is the Company Secretary and Trustee of brain injury charity Headway Swindon and District, said: “Novum Law’s Salisbury office is thriving and I am thrilled to be joining the team at such an exciting time of sustained rapid growth as more and more people realise the benefit of seeking expert legal representation from specialist personal injury and medical negligence practitioners.”
Director of Novum Law and head of the Salisbury office Neil Elliott added: “Daniel is a hugely talented solicitor who will be a tremendous asset to the team as we continue to expand. Medical negligence cases are often extremely technical and complex requiring in-depth clinical and legal understanding to get to the nub of the matter. Daniel is a very competent, highly skilled and knowledgeable solicitor who will provide our clients with the expertise and experience they need to achieve the best possible outcomes. We are looking forward to having him on the team.”
