There have been a number of senior promotions at specialist serious personal injury law firm Novum Law, headquartered in Swindon.

The move sees three Novum Law partners, namely: Kim Chamberlain, Lynn Yeates and Peter Hilditch, promoted to directors of the business, joining the firm’s senior management team.

Kim Chamberlain, who works in the Swindon office, is a highly experienced serious personal injury lawyer who works with clients that have sustained severe, life-changing injuries including traumatic brain injuries and complex spinal injuries.

Kim along with fellow director, Anna Cole, heads up Novum Law’s specialist personal injury teams in Swindon, following Huw Ponting’s imminent departure to pastures new. The Swindon team recently retained their top tier, band 1 ranking from the highly respected, leading independent legal guide, Chambers and Partners 2019.

New directors Lynn Yeates and Peter Hilditch, who head up Novum Law’s offices in Southampton, focus exclusively on helping clients exposed to asbestos who have been diagnosed with asbestos-related diseases, such as lung cancer, mesothelioma and asbestosis.

In addition, three associate solicitors – Andrew Walker, Diane Reading and Hannah Carr have each been promoted to senior associates and Amy Barron has been promoted from solicitor to associate solicitor, testament to their hard work and significant achievements since joining the firm.

Tim Robinson, finance director of Novum Law, said: “This latest round of promotions demonstrates our commitment to investing in talented lawyers and how that investment pays huge dividends. All of our promoted team members have worked extremely hard during their time with us and thoroughly deserve this recognition not only of their efforts and expertise but the successful outcomes they’ve achieved for our clients. I wish them all continuing success.”

Novum Law has continued to expand its teams across each of its nine regional offices since its launch five years’ ago as demand grows for its specialist personal injury, clinical negligence and industrial disease experience and expertise.
