Novum Law climb high for brain injury charities

  • Posted

The 12-strong party from Novum Law climbed the three arduous Yorkshire Peaks, – Pen-y-Ghent (691m), Whernside (728m) and Ingleborough (723m). The challenge was a 26 mile trek and the team completed it in 12 and a half hours.

Having safely negotiated the arduous climbs and the steep descents, the team is hoping to share thousands of pounds worth of sponsorship money among the many charities including local branches of Headway (Swindon, Salisbury and Bristol), the Child Brain Injury Trust, Wiltshire Air Ambulance and the Samaritans.

At Novum Law, we know too well what devastating effects a brain injury can cause, not only on the victim, but their loved ones too. It is for this reason that many of us, including myself, chose to walk for a brain injury charity.

We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received and have raised nearly £8000 for the various charities.

Donations can still be made by visiting the official JustGiving page.
