Novum Law, the specialist personal injury and medical negligence law firm, has appointed Jemma Valvona as a solicitor based at its offices in Newport, Isle of Wight.
The former Ryde School pupil and Bournemouth University law graduate who achieved a distinction in her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, joins from Roach Pittis Solicitors where she focused on civil litigation cases, including representing Claimants in personal injury claims.
In her new role, Jemma will be developing and honing her skills in the specialist fields of personal injury and medical negligence. Jemma will be working with the Newport based legal team on a range of cases involving serious injury including acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputation and medical negligence claims.
Darren O’Sullivan who heads up the Novum Law Isle of Wight offices, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for a young, ambitious solicitor keen to specialise in personal injury and medical negligence work. Our expert team represents individuals who have been involved in major accidents or have serious illnesses.
