Graeme has extensive knowledge of personal injury law and he devotes his time to helping people to claim compensation in respect of asbestos related illnesses.
Graeme has a huge amount of experience dealing with such claims, including those relating to mesotheliomia, lung cancer, asbestos and pleural thickening. Over the past 15 years, he has recovered millions of pounds in compensation for hundreds of clients.
Much of Graeme’s experience initially centered around Swindon, due to the cluster of asbestos claims as a result of the extensive railway industry exposure in the area. Now Graeme represents clients throughout England and Wales.
Graeme has represented a wide variety of organisations, industries, professions and trades, including laggers and pipe fitters, electricians and carpenters and even teachers, office workers and their relatives. He has dealt with many high value claims, many of which are extremely complex.
Graeme is focused on getting the right result for clients swiftly to give both them and their families financial security and peace of mind at what is always a difficult time.
Graeme also provides legal training to medical and other professionals on asbestos claims. He has appeared on radio and in the local press, helping to raise awareness of asbestos-related diseases and trying to make sure victims of asbestos are aware they can make compensation claims.
